Carolina Advanced Digital, Inc. (CAD), an engineering company focused on IT infrastructure, management and security solutions, announced their 11^th annual IT Hot Topics Conference will take place May 8th-10^th,2013 at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, NC. This free event offers CAD customers insight into the industry’s newest developments, or “hot topics”, which is how the conference received its name.

Started as a technical user group, IT Hot Topics Conference has blossomed in to a full conference, with internationally-known speakers and technical sessions.

This year’s event begins with peer group and roundtable discussions on Wednesday, offering attendees who are “birds of a feather” to talk about similar products and shared practices by IT security professionals. Who should attend?

Our conference content is designed to meet the needs of a variety of IT and security professional positions. Traditionally, our attendees have titles ranging from management titles; CSO, Director and Manager all the way to GRC and audit titles, as well as more technical roles including systems administrators and network administrators. Due to an increase in eastern U.S. market demand, Carolina Advanced Digital, Inc. (CAD), an industry leader of IT infrastructure, management and security solutions, has opened a new office in Tampa, Fla. This is CAD’s first office outside of Cary, NC.

CAD’s new office opened July 11 in conjunction with the Florida Local Government Information Systems Association (FLGISA) conference in Clearwater, Fla. The annual conference provides the opportunity for exhibitors to showcase new products or services and connect with those ultimately responsible for technology functions.

CAD’s new office is close to Meru Networks‘ eastern U.S. office. Meru Networks, one of CAD’s top partners, develops and markets wireless infrastructure solutions to provide industry-leading innovations that deliver pervasive, wireless service fidelity for business-critical applications to major Fortune 500 enterprises, universities, healthcare organizations and local, state and federal government agencies.

It’s that time of year again! Carolina Advanced Digital would like to invite you to join us at our tenth annual IT Hot Topics Conference and Golf Tourney at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, NC. CAD’s IT Hot Topics Conference is one of the largest security events in the area. An event that started as a technical user group, IT Hot Topics Conference has blossomed in to a full conference, with internationally-known speakers and technical sessions unparalleled in the area. This year is the tenth anniversary of the conference.

Each year, CAD designs content around the requests of the customers and attendees, identifying the industry’s most current “hot topics”, which is how the conference earned its name.
