11/8/11 – SonicWALL improved their telephone support for customers in North America. The new phone support experience includes:

• Voice Recognition – Upon calling SonicWALL Support, you will be asked to speak the serial number of your support entitled appliance. This will enable you to create a new case
• Direct Routing to a Support Engineer – When creating a new case you will now be routed directly to the appropriate engineer queue.
• Priority Routing for Severity One Issues on E-Class Products – When calling for support on an E-Class product you will be offered priority routing for severity one issues.
• Leave a Voice Message – You will be able to leave a voice message for an automated call back and hold your place in the queue.
